The Model T Ford Club of Southern California sponsors some of the best Model T Ford Tours in the world. Past tours have included 3 to 4 weeks in each: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Australia, Canada, Alaska, and Mexico. The tours average 1,500 to 2,500 miles and are limited to 30 vehicles. Touring in a 20 horsepower Model T Ford at 25 – 40 miles per hour is an excellent way to see the countryside. The most commonly asked question is, “Did you drive all the way from California?” It’s a great way to meet local folks who want to be photographed such as mayors, police chiefs, newspaper reporters, business owners, etc.
